Welcome to 1:1 Kind Coaching
Exercise is something that we are told we should, just do…but in reality it isn’t that simple.
It can be really freaking uncomfortable for so many reasons:
✔ previous negative experiences
✔ unconfident in exercise
✔ not knowing where to begin
✔ negative body image
✔ chronic health conditions
✔ ADHD
As a trainer with 7 years of experience, I have had the privilege of guiding people to a place where exercise feels better and sometimes even really good!
I take a person centred approach that is grounded in science to support clients like you feel better.

How it works
There is no set client roadmap, because I take a deeply holistic approach with each client.
Though every program will be backed by science things need to be flexible and shift for each individual.
A general shape of Kind Coaching looks something like this:
Consultation where you set your goals, work through pain points and a movement assessment will take place.
Your sessions, will include a variety of exercises depending on your goals. This might include: mobility drills, corrective exercises, main workout and a cool down.
Sessions last between 45 - 60 minutes depending on your needs.
Each session starts and ends with nervous system relaxation. This might be through some simple breathwork or a more formal meditation.
Where applicable you’ll be given workouts to do in between sessions.
Email support from me during office hours.
You’ll have access to your client vault which contains e-Books, guides and notes to support your journey.
You’re in safe hands

You will need an internet connection and a space big enough to swing your arms around.
Equipment
Your workouts can be entirely bodyweight, however if you have strength or muscle building goals then I would recommend the following:
Resistance bands
Lighter weights
Medium/heavier weights
Yoga block
-
Each virtual personal training session lasts up to 60 minutes.
-
Corrective exercise is a training technique that supports you to move better. Addressing muscle imbalances and alignment through mobility, breathwork and targeted strengthening exercises.
-
This service focuses on optimising movement and building a solid foundation of exercise into your life. As a Certified Personal trainer my nutrition scope of practice is limited. I am able to give you general advice, but not prescriptive nutritional programs.
-
Movement and exercise is a pillar of wellness, and through focusing on one pillar at a time, it supports you to build a solid foundation.
Exercise also influences other pillars such as improving sleep and mood.
This program will only focus on exercise, but as your trainer, I am always here to chat with you about things such as sleep.
-
Depending on your goals and preferences, you may be set home workouts for in-between our virtual sessions. If you are a member of KM studios, you will of course have access to those workouts throughout.
-
You will be asked to complete a health questionnaire prior to starting virtual personal training. Depending on the outcomes of that form, you may be advised to seek medical clearance from your GP. Any doubts, drop me an email at hello@kindmoves.co.uk
-
Congratulations! A long as your doctor has cleared you for exercise then we can work together as I am a qualified pre and postnatal trainer.
-
You will be sent an email with a link to pay or option to pay via BAC’s transfer a minimum of 2 days before your first session.
-
Your payment gives you 4 credits to use within a 40 day period. This might look like one session a week for a month. Or perhaps there is a week you’re on holiday. T
This credit system allows you more flexibility in your schedule.
