I’m Catarina (she/her), founder of Kind Moves.

Here to guide you through workouts that are kind to your body now and forever.

Because like so many of us, I used to punish my body with workouts to ‘balance out my calories.’

I’d do workouts that would leave me exhausted and wobbly for days. Thinking that ‘no pain, no gain’ was the only way to my dream body and health.

Sound familiar?

But the truth is, this approach is just not sustainable and actually isn’t backed in science either…

Get to know me

📍 I currently live in Devon, but my dad is from Hong Kong and my mum is from Italy so I‘ve grown up feeling like a bit of an international kid which is great. And I get to eat the best food!

⭐ I am a proud Capricorn sun and Cancer moon. When I found this out, everything made sense ha!

🥐 Very lactose intolerant, but will risk it for a croissant.

🌊 Water, ocean, lake, swimming pool = happy place.

💃🏻 I grew up as a dancer , trained and worked as a pro for a while. I still dance now, just not professionally anymore.

🥄 I am a Spoonie. I live with Ehlers Danlos, POTs and recently got diagnosed with ADHD. So, workouts that leave my cup full and plenty of rest is my jam.

👚I have a passion for fashion and spend way too many hours scrolling on Vinted for gems.
