The on demand studio offers a growing à la carte style menu of workouts, so you can explore movement from the comfort of your own home, on your own schedule.

Kind Moves is in it’s earliest form, by joining as a founding member you will have an opportunity to shape the studio and community!

What’s in the studio?

Please note, that currently this studio is not suitable if you are prenatal. I am working on building a whole program to support you through this season of life - watch this space.

  • Kind Moves Build class has been designed to support you build muscle and confidence.

    This isn’t about getting ‘ripped’ but more about functionality and longevity.

    You’ll find a mixture of supersets and circuit styles classes.

  • Bodyweight build classes are built o the same principles as our Build with Weights class, but simply bodyweight only.

  • This is a low-impact class, inspired by Pilates and informed by Corrective Exercise.

    With the intention of building a strong core and optimise your posture through mindful and intentional movement.

  • Here you will find a mixture of mobility drills, nervous system resets and gentle guided movement.

  • These are specifically designed to optimise your movement patterns and support your functional daily movement.

    You’ll find programs such as:

    • Happy Healthy Hips

    • Spinal Nourishment

    • Life Proof Knees

  • Dive deeper on specific exercises with these single video demonstrations.

Community

At Kind Moves, fitness is just the starting point. This space is about so much more than workouts—it's about connection. We’re building a kind, supportive community where you’re seen, heard, and encouraged—on and off the mat. Whether you're showing up for a workout, reaching out for support, or simply sharing a win (big or small), you’re never doing it alone. This is a space where we move with intention, support each other wholeheartedly, and grow together—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What makes a Kind Moves Workout?

  • Every class aims to use invitational language that offers you options to explore the movement rather than dictate how you should move.

    You will here me say things like:

    • “if this feels good for you today.”

    • “work in your own rep range”

    • “take pause if you need to, change it up if this isn’t serving you”

  • As a sports science graduate, I’m all about taking the evidence and applying it in a practical and holistic way to make sure members get the most out of every workout!

  • The workouts have been designed with functional anatomy in mind.

    There is an emphasis on elements such as joint positioning, breathing and stability.

    The intention is to create workouts that are kind to your body today, tomorrow and forever.

  • Kind Moves values mental wellbeing just as much as physical.

    This is why you won’t find any diet culture chat here.

    Exercise is a form of self-care and method to enhance longevity, not a way to earn and burn your food.

Build Weights - Weekly

  • This is a weights based class, focused on building muscle, strength and confidence in a mindful way that doesn’t burn you out!

Align - Weekly

  • Join me on a Wednesday morning for this low impact, Pilates inspired workout. This class is designed to enhance your mind muscle connection, support your posture and set you for for the day in a grounded and mindful way.

Restore & Journal - Monthly

  • Once a month we will gather together for Restore, this session will offer gentle movement, meditation and journaling.

FAQ’s

  • Most of the content in Kind Moves is postnatal friendly, but unfortunately there is not enough content that is 100% prenatal friendly for each trimester.

    This is something I am working to build out in the coming months so please watch this space.

  • You don’t have to invest in equipment right away. There are plenty of bodyweight only workouts. You can also use household items like chairs, towels and bottles to get you started.

    However if you do want to focus on building muscle then I would recommend investing in a set of adjustable weights like these or one set of lighter weights (2- 4kg) and a heavier set (6 - 20kg)
